Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in the state of practice
- Current BLS preferred
- Hands-on experience with ADLs, vitals, and patient mobility
- Clear communication with nurses and patients
- Reliable attendance and professional bedside manner
- Comfort working in residential care, group homes, or Adult Family Homes when assigned
Requirements
- Background check and partner-required credentialing
- Immunizations / titers and TB screening as required
- Ability to lift/transfer per facility policy
- Recent clinical or facility experience preferred
- References confirming reliability and patient care quality
